Terms & Conditions
- The free accommodation will be at the Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments and be strictly on a bed and breakfast basis. This is not transferable to a third party or to other occasions other than when treatment is taking place. Should this hotel not be available, then another comparable accommodation will be provided.
- The free accommodation is for one person only. Should clients be accompanied by a companion, the 2nd person will be charged €40 per night, breakfast included.
- Clients must purchase their own flights and will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £150 for 1 person only upon presentation of the invoice to BHMS. This amount will be refunded in the currency in which it was purchased. Should the flight cost less than £150, the cost of the flight will be refunded and no cash balance will be offered. The client will be liable for any amount which exceeds £150.
- The re-imbursement of the flights will be at the final stage of treatment.
- Free flights are only valid for the client named in the treatment plan or who will be having treatment and cannot be claimed for third parties or companions.
- Free flights and accommodation are offered on the basis that the whole treatment is completed by BHMS and within the time frame specified in the treatment plan. BHMS reserve the right to claim back some or all of the costs of the free gifts if treatment is not completed and may take legal action to do so.
- Should clients fly to Budapest for the free consultation and then decide not to proceed with treatment, the free flights and accommodation will not apply and hotel costs will be charged for at a rate of €70 per night.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, a valid credit card is required for pre-authorization for any additional expenses incurred by the client not included in the free accommodation offer or in the event that the clients does not begin their treatment.
